I am a novice runner - I do the same 4 or 5, 5K's every year. I've lost a few pounds and bought a bike recently so I have this crazy idea to do a mini-duathlon. Is anyone aware of some coming up in the spring/summer of 2010 in Erie or Niagara County? I am new to this site, as well.
Go on this site, www.score-this.com. They have a couple locally and a couple more with-in driving distance. I think Wilson Wet'n wild and the Quakerman in Orchard Park also offer duathlons, but I'm not sure. There is also a duathlon in early June in Buffalo but I'm not sure of the name. Good luck!
